"Any change or business improvement activity will require energy."
Any business that doesn’t regularly and proportionally inject energy into its key processes and people will suffer inevitable decline in performance.
It’s the universal law of nature. The law of thermodynamics. The bottom line is business don’t get more efficient all by themselves. Entropy (the predisposition to chaos and energy loss) see’s to that.
The energy for change / improvement must come from within the organisation. Most organisations when undertaking change either underestimate the energy required to effect behavioural change, or waste it by utilising inefficient delivery methods.
Using the latest psychological research in behavioural modification tied to the application of energy science, we assess the current dynamic within the organisation, to work out where energy needs to be injected, at the right time, in the right amount and critically by the right people, to build the the correct amount of energy to convert into the behavioural modifications that drive the improvement initiative.
